Guildford Community Church has been established in Guildford for over 25 years. It is important to us to understand and listen to the wider community that we are a part of, as we endeavour to encourage a deeper quality of community life and to provide a place for people to belong to where they are accepted for who they are. To this end we would value hearing your thoughts on culture, life and faith to enable us to continue to do this effectively.

Note to Guildford Community Church members:

Please ensure that all completed surveys are returned by Sunday 20^th December. This can be done by one of two ways:

· If possible, please download the survey from the GCC website and complete with the answers from your respondents (please use a separate form for each respondent please). Then email completed surveys to dawn.collins@fsmail.net

· If this is not possible, please return paper copies to Dawn Collins via the mailbags or church offices (14-15 Queen’s Road, Guildford, GU1 4JJ).
